Tampering with references

Research from Wall Street Journal reveals that shopkeepers pay employees from Amazon to make bad references “go away” (deleted). This is nothing new buts hurts nevertheless. When buying any product or any service anywhere one must always find a (over) critical and factual reference that points out that something specific was missing or insufficiant. The absence is often (not always) a clear indication of tampering. Same often goes for the written witness testimony that goes one flat way.
